Leadership is not a title, it’s not a position, it’s not another rung on the ladder. Good leaders – no matter what’s on their business card – identify deeply with your business’ reason for being; they have a whole-hearted ownership of your principles and what your business is trying to accomplish.
We work to identify the right people and build the right systems and practices to develop three kinds of leaders in every business:
